Primarily used on promotional pens, flat plastic items and PU items, as well as clothing, particularly T-shirts, aprons etc. Ink is applied to the product by pushing it through a screen containing your design. Usually each colour print requires individual screen.
This is probably the most popular printing method for stock items. This process includes ink applying method, and most effective on odd or curved shapes. Mostly used on leather goods, EVA, and foam items. A metal block (die) is pressure stamped onto the product, usually with a gold or silver foil, that leaves a lasting impression of your design. Alternatively, the process can be performed without foil, just leaving your design in plain relief. This is known as Blind Embossing.

Embroidery charges are typically based on the number of stiches required.

It can be left plain or filled with colour. This is a specialised process hence it use application is quite limited when it comes to promotional products.
